BREAKING UP WITH WHO I USED TO BE

I’ve had my fair share of breakups. Not just with relationships, but with the way I was living.

For years, I ignored the wake-up calls. I lived a life that looked great from the outside—working for an online magazine, creating content, always busy behind a screen.

But my ADHD brain (I’m not big on labels) needs variety, movement, and real human interaction. I felt drained by the digital grind, craving something more dynamic than chasing deadlines and measuring impact in likes and views.

So I changed course.

In 2017 I moved to Spain, trading the concrete jungle for nature, space, and the freedom to build a life that actually made sense to me. But the biggest transformation came later—when I went through a divorce and another breakup while already living in Spain. It was a real “oh shit… what now?” moment.

That’s where my work began: learning how to get back in command of my mind—without bypassing the body.

EXTREMES & FINDING BALANCE

I could have numbed myself with distractions (been there, done that), but instead, I chose to do things differently.

Instead of numbing, I started feeling. Instead of running, I started facing. And instead of clinging to a version of myself that wasn’t working, I chose to break up with it entirely.

As a Libra, balance is my life’s purpose. But the way I find it? I always seem to go to extremes first.

I ate fully vegan for two years. Now? I’ll enjoy an occasional organic chicken.
I quit drinking for over two years. Now? I’ll have a glass of rosé when it feels right.

I had to experience both ends of the spectrum to find what actually works for me. And that’s exactly what I help others do — find what works for them. Not based on rules, trends, or what society expects, but based on what truly feels right for the life you want to build.

Today, I combine this lived experience with Positive Intelligence® and body-based work — helping people build Mental Fitness and learn to stay in command of their mind, even under pressure.

Because I’ve been there—again and again. And instead of staying stuck, I chose to break up with everything that wasn’t working.

Vulnerability as my superpower

It opens the door to what really matters: meaningful connection. I’ve learned that when I dare to be real, it gives others permission to do the same. It creates a space where masks come off, pretenses drop, and something true can finally emerge. That’s where transformation begins. That’s where life starts to feel real again.

A unique mix of grit, glam, and groundedness

I love pretty things, dressing up, and a bit of glam—but I also walk my dogs in crocs with socks and spend entire days in sweaty workout clothes, only showering before bed. I’m spiritual, but grounded. I believe in a bigger plan, and that faith has helped me take bold leaps—knowing life will catch me. I’m both high-vibe and low-maintenance. Soul and sweatpants. And I wouldn't have it any other way.

The right people change everything

Just like running with someone slightly faster pushes you to improve, surrounding yourself with the right people challenges you to level up. I’ve learned firsthand that who you surround yourself with matters. Maybe I’m a few steps ahead of you, maybe I’ve walked a similar path—but I don’t coach from a pedestal. We’re in this together.

500 Hours Certified Yoga Teacher

I’m a certified 500-hour yoga teacher, trained in India and Portugal.

I integrate simple yoga-based practices into my coaching — not for perfect poses, but to help your nervous system settle.

Because you can’t think your way out of stress. Your body needs to feel safe first.

From that calmer state, our conversations become clearer, more grounded, and the insights that emerge come from a place of clarity rather than stress or fear.

I founded and ran both a glamping site and a retreat center in Spain—spaces where people could reset, reconnect, and feel truly at home. Behind the scenes? I shaped the brand, the vibe, and the full experience. Because for me, it’s never just about a nice location—it’s about creating spaces that feel like something.

With over 15 years in online marketing, I’ve helped brands shape their voice, create impactful content, and connect with the right audience. I still support a few select clients with strategy and content today.

So no—I’m not just sipping tea on a mountain with my dogs (though I do that too). I know the pace and pressure of high-performance environments. That’s why I can meet you where you are—whether you’re building a business, navigating a pivot, or just craving more alignment in your life and work.
