YOGA & WORKOUTS

  • Classic Yoga Class (90 min)
    A well-rounded yoga practice that blends movement, breath, and relaxation. Whether it’s a dynamic flow or a grounding yin session, I tailor the class to fit the theme of your retreat and the energy of the group.

  • Break Through Yoga Experience (60 min yoga + 30 min group discussion)
    This is not just about movement—it’s about expansion. We start with a themed yoga session followed by a guided group discussion on a topic that helps participants step out of their comfort zone and discover new sides of themselves. It’s yoga with an edge—designed to challenge, inspire, and transform.

  • Burn & Balance (30 min HIIT + 30 min slow yoga)
    This class is all about contrast. We start by building heat with 30 minutes of high-intensity movement—sweat, strength, and full-body activation. Then we drop into deep stillness with 30 minutes of stretchy, grounding yoga to reset your nervous system and restore your energy.
    It’s yin and yang in one session—so you leave feeling strong, soft, and fully recharged.

TRANSFORMATIONAL WORKSHOPS

1. Upping your frequency: life beyond alcohol

What happens when you (temporarily) remove alcohol from your life? This interactive session explores how small shifts in drinking habits can lead to big breakthroughs in energy, clarity, and overall well-being. We’ll discuss social triggers, new ways to blow off steam, and how to step into the most vibrant version of yourself—without the morning-after regrets.

2. Break up & level up: turning life transitions into power moves

Every major life transition is an opportunity to break up with what no longer serves you and step into a higher version of yourself. In this workshop, we’ll explore how to navigate change, overcome resistance, and use transformation as fuel for growth. Expect real talk, practical tools, and an inspiring perspective shift.
