THE FIVE PHASES OF THE BREAK UP METHOD
This process works because it’s not about fixing you—it’s about realigning with you.
Phase 1: BREAK – Facing the uncomfortable truth
You know something has to change—but where do you even start?
In this phase, we get brutally honest about what’s weighing you down: the habits, patterns, expectations, roles, or relationships that keep you stuck. The parts of your life that may look fine from the outside… but drain you every day. This is where we clear space—physically, emotionally, energetically. You’ll start feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to what you don’t want—so we can finally start calling in what you do.
Phase 2: FEEL – Letting go of what no longer fits
This is where we slow down enough to actually feel. To process what surfaced in Phase 1 and meet it with honesty and care.
We’ll look at the coping mechanisms that kept you safe — and how they might now be holding you back.
We’ll explore what role your old behaviors once played, and why they made perfect sense at the time.
And we’ll practice the three stages of surrender: acceptance, mourning, and release.
Phase 3: REIGNITE – Remembering what lights you up
This is the part where your spark comes back.
You stop defining yourself by your past, your job title, or your relationship status—and start remembering who you actually are.
You’ll reconnect with the things that energize you: joy, curiosity, boldness. Maybe for the first time in years, you’ll want to do things again. Try, explore, feel excited. And not because you “should”—but because it feels good.
Phase 4: REBUILD – Creating a life that fits you
Now we make it real.
Together, we redesign your day-to-day life so that it supports the person you’re becoming—not the one you’ve been trying to keep up. This means new routines, new boundaries, new habits—but without the rigid all-or-nothing mindset.
You’ll create a structure that works for you. One that feels nourishing, sustainable, and aligned with your energy—not like another thing you’re failing at.
Phase 5: OWN IT – Stepping fully into your next chapter
By now, you’re not just thinking differently—you’re living differently.
You don’t need a plan B. You don’t need permission.
